Our thanks to local resident Mrs Gill for raising £1,620, having cooked over 3,000 vegetable samosas which she and her family sold to friends and neighbours with all proceeds being donated to Kingston Hospital Charity.

Mrs Gill, accompanied by her husband and granddaughter, presented her cheque to Kingston Hospital chief executive Jo Farrar on 3 July and brought a plate of her homemade samosas for staff to enjoy.
