Attention all teachers, parents and pupils at schools in Kingston, Richmond, Elmbridge, Merton and the surrounding area – Kingston Hospital is your hospital, so please make Kingston Hospital Charity your charity

We are very grateful to the schools across our community that fundraise for us each year. There is always flexibility so that a particular school can direct its support to a specific project or to a service or ward where a pupil or staff member has received treatment. Whether it’s a one-off event, or the school adopts us as their Charity of the Year, we’re keen to work with our local schools to improve the lives of patients, families and staff.

Please invite us to come and give a talk to your pupils. We can share with you examples of projects that have been funded by other local schools such as the Every Child, Every Day Academy Trust who raised over £3,000 to fund the renovation of one of our side-rooms on our orthopaedic ward. Teacher Sasha Braham at Grey Court School said:

The ‘Every Child, Every Day Academy Trust’ (Grey Court School, Chessington School, and The Hollyfield School) is delighted to have been able to raise funds for this cause that we understand will benefit our local community. Our health and social care departments across our three schools have decided they want to make a tangible impact and have teamed up with a project called ‘Tranquil Spaces’ at Kingston Hospital. We are thrilled to be a part of this project and the amazing support it will provide for our community.”
