Hospitals are places where life changes in an instant, where babies take their first breath, where families hear life-altering news, and where lives are saved. Gifts in Wills play a vital role in helping Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust go beyond what the NHS alone can provide.
The decision to give this way is often shaped by the values people hold close throughout their lives and how they wish to be remembered after they are gone.
Andrew, a lay executor, shared, “Felicia was very proud of having worked for the NHS. For Keith, leaving a gift in his will stemmed from his appreciation of the care he received at Kingston Hospital. They also wanted to help others after they had gone.”

Paul and Laura, both long-term supporters and retired teachers, have also chosen to give this way. “After ensuring our daughter is provided for, we have chosen to leave a gift in our Will. We have both benefited from Kingston Hospital and feel a strong connection to it and our local community.”
Their words reflect the desire to give something back to the NHS Trust that was there for them throughout their lives and to help others in the future.
