This is as thanks to the amazing staff in the AAU (special thanks to Anil), Derwent ward and Kennett ward who kindly supported my brother John, in fighting the corona virus in April. The arrangement of daily FaceTime calls was invaluable in keeping his spirits up. All the nurses, doctors and the comms team were so wonderful to him and to me in those calls, especially when he couldn't swallow or talk because of the virus. As a family, we are truly grateful to you all. Know that your best is always good enough - whatever the outcome.

I would like to especially thank the nurses from the Philippines, and other parts of the world, at Kingston Hospital. I was hospitalised twice last year in Hamble Ward (so hat tip especially to matron Taboada and the wonderful nurses of Hamble Ward including Lodel, Lovella, Kami, Adrian, Queenie, Vanessa and Tina, and nursing assistant Kalda). I cannot imagine what it must be like for many of you to be so far from home and family during such a time of crisis. Thank you for being an absolutely vital part of the NHS, and serving this community tirelessly. I hope and pray that all is well with your families in your home countries.
❤️ Rachel, London

Kingston Hospital is really quite an amazing place and every staff member my family and I have met there have been so hard-working, caring and considerate. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and kindness I received when very sick following IVF - I was with you for 2 weeks. Everyone on the Isabella Ward was so lovely to me and thankfully me and my little girl made it and she was born at Kingston hospital. The midwives were also wonderful, treating me with such care and dignity when I was incredibly anxious. I think of you all often and particularly at this time. I hope you are very proud of yourselves as many people in Kingston are. There was clapping all over North Kingston last Thursday x.
❤️ Byron, Roehampton
You deserve more than this, wishing all at Kingston Hospital the safest during these odd times. X.

We are two "oldies" who are isolated in our apartment - in part due to my wife's lung condition. So here we are safe and sound, but very aware of the risks you all are taking on our behalf. We are truly appreciative of your dedication and are grateful to you for all you do for us. Hopefully our small gift will go some way to showing how much we think of you and of what you are doing for us. We can but hope those in charge, who are paid so much to "run" the show, will ensure that you are provided with all the protective equipment/clothing that you need.
❤️ Vidhya, Kingston
Clapping didn't seem quite enough. You are all heroes. Thank you for everything you are doing and will do before this fight is over.

I have always appreciated the NHS. People moan about it but I have always said how lucky we are in Kingston. Between myself, my husband and my children we have only ever had first class care. We really are very lucky. All of you working right now are literally risking your lives. I liken it to going out to war for your country. You all deserve medals. I hope you are all ok. You are doing the most important job in the world. And no offence but I hope I never have to see any of you any time soon! Good luck and THANK YOU! XX.

Thanks for looking after me so well during my visit to casualty late yesterday afternoon. Keep up the good work and the community's thoughts are with all the staff at these difficult times.

Just think you need some extra support in this difficult and challenging time for the NHS. Thanks for everything you all do.
