More than 200 walkers took to the streets, riverside paths and parks on Saturday 5 September for Walk This Way 2026.

The weather was on our side, beautiful blue skies and sunshine, participants completed one of three routes, 3.5, 7.5 or 15 miles, in support of patients, families and staff across Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.

The event brought together grateful patients, hospital staff, local businesses, community groups, friends and families, all united by a shared desire to make a difference to their local NHS.

Thanks to your incredible support, £39,698 has already been raised. While we’re thrilled with this achievement, we’re not quite finished yet.

Help Us Reach Our Final Total

Many participants are still collecting sponsorship and there is still time to make a donation.

Every pound raised through Walk This Way helps fund projects, equipment and enhancements that go beyond what NHS funding alone can provide, improving care and experience for patients, families and staff across our Trust.

If you took part and haven’t yet made your final fundraising push, now is the perfect time to share your fundraising page with friends, family and colleagues. Together, we can raise even more and maximise the impact of this fantastic event.

Thank You

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines, sponsored a participant or supported the event in any way.

We would also like to thank our headline sponsor Veolia, alongside UKCPM and our many supporters and volunteers, whose generosity and commitment helped make Walk This Way such a success.
