During the performance, a certificate was presented to the Korean UK Nurses Association (KUNA) represented by a group of nurses from Kingston Hospital, in appreciation of their dedicated work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since the start of the pandemic, the wider Korean community, including Korean Senior Citizens UK, Korean Residents Society, London Full Gospel Choir and the Korean Chamber of Commerce have donated over £75,000 in support of Kingston Hospital. This is the second consecutive year that the Rose Theatre Kingston has been the host venue for a performance of traditional Korean music and dance to raise funds for Kingston Hospital Charity.

Jo Farrar, Chief Executive of Kingston Hospital and Richmond Community Healthcare, along with Ian Thomas, Chief Executive of the Royal Borough of Kingston, Seung Shin Lee, Consul at Korean Embassy and His Worshipful the Mayor, Cllr. Yogan Yoganathan all attended the event to thank the Korean community for their generosity and continued support.
