Registration, Participant Packs & T-Shirts:


  • Saturday 6 September: Registration opens at 4pm in Kingston Market Place (opposite the Druids Head Pub).
  • Please arrive to register by 5.45pm – all walks start promptly at 6.30pm.
  • Your participant pack includes your walker number and safety pins to attach it.
  • If you’ve pre-purchased a T-shirt, your pack will also include a voucher which you can exchange for your T-shirt at registration.


Travelling to Night to Remember


It is important to plan your travel arrangements in advance, especially thinking about your journey home as some public transport won’t be running. Please visit the TFL website to plan your journey.


Train

The closest train station is Kingston, and it is approximately a 5–10-minute walk from Kingston Market Place registration and meeting point. Please make sure to check for any train cancellations or delays as there are planned closures in place at Wimbledon station this weekend.


Bus

There are various buses that serve Kingston. Please visit TFL website for up-to-date bus routes and timetables.


Car Parking

There is no specific parking for event participants. There are several car parks that are close to our meeting and registration point, you can find a list of car parks in Kingston here.

Walk Routes


  • Route maps are available via the buttons below.
  • On the night, routes will be signposted and guided by pace walkers.
  • Please bring a torch or phone light, as some sections of the 6.5 and 13 mile routes may be poorly lit in places. 

Walker Numbers - Walker numbers are colour coded and unique to you, please do not swap or give it to anyone else. Make sure you fill out the information on the reverse of the number.


On the Night


  • If you’ve already collected your participant pack, please arrive by 6pm. If not please arrive to register by 5.45pm at the latest.
  • Entertainment includes live music from The New Malden Ukulele Giants band and, a warm-up with The Gym Group, and 10% off food and drink at the Druids Head for participants.
  • We suggest you bring a bottle of water which you will be able to refill on route if walking the 6.5 and 13 miles routes. Snacks will also be available on these routes.
